With my passion for baking and through the encouragement of family and friends I took the plunge and set up 'The Baking Tray'.Here you’ll find delicious bespoke cakes, cupcakes and biscuits served fresh from the oven made using the finest quality ingredients.

All cakes are suitable for vegetarians and are 100% halaal. Eggless cupcakes can also be catered for on request.When you purchase from The Baking Tray, not only will you be treating yourself, friends and family to our delicacies, infact 10% of all takings will be contributed to charity.
